Registering to receive shareholder documentation electronically will enable the speedy communication of information to shareholders in a convenient form, whilst at the same time delivering significant environmental benefits through reduced use of paper and of the energy required for production and distribution as well as savings in terms of administration, printing and postage costs.
When Shareholder documentation becomes available Shareholders who register for electronic communication will receive an email with a link to the document on our website. Shareholders will be able to access and read these documents online or print if required.
SHAREVIEW also allows you to:
- View your shareholding at any time
- Obtain a regularly updated valuation of your shareholding
- Receive shareholder information electronically, including Annual Reports and Accounts and Notices of General Meetings
- Maintain your details online
- Check details of holdings in other companies where Equiniti act as registrar – the SHAREVIEW website maintains a list of companies for whom Equiniti act.
The SHAREVIEW website is fully secure and the information is only visible with a personal Access Number and password and is encrypted to the highest standard generally available on the Internet.
To register for SHAREVIEW you need a valid email address and your shareholder account number which is the unique 8-digit number on your share certificate. You will then be sent by post a letter containing your Access Number. Only shareholders who hold shares registered in their own name are able to receive documentation electronically – therefore, shareholders who hold shares through a nominee account are unable to access this service.
